ISLAMABAD, July 31 (NNI): Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Asad Qaiser Wednesday said that the Chief Justice should take notice of the abduction of PTI MNA Chaudhry Imtiaz from Gujranwala.
Former National Assembly speaker Asad Qaiser, while holding a press conference with the leaders of the party at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House, said that the PTI MNAs had been forcibly abducted. PTI will strongly protest on this matter, he said. If anything happens then DPO Gujarat will be responsible, he warned.
He said that this government will end very soon. He said that the country has a constitution and they are running the assembly at gunpoint. He said that there is an unstoppable unrest in the country. He further talked about the controversial FIR against their MNA.
PTI leader Ali Muhammad Khan said their MNA Haji Imtiaz was being mistreated. He mentioned that the people of the constituency gave thousands of votes to Haji Imtiaz, and now he is missing. He also stated that the powerful do not follow the decisions of the Supreme Court.
Khan also discussed issues related to kidnappings, Form 45, and the government being run by a party with only 17 seats.
He further stated that their MNA Haji Imtiaz was arrested and has not been released to date.
Earlier, Chaudhry Ijaz, the brother of Haji Imtiaz, clarified that false news was spread that some people from the constituency forcibly rescued Haji Imtiaz. NNI
