ISLAMABAD, July 31 (NNI): Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazal (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazalur Rehman announced a countrywide protest on Friday against martyrdom of Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh in an Israel air strike in Iran.
In a statement on Wednesday, he said that the movement for freedom of Israel will not end with the martyrdom of Ismail Haniyeh. “Haniyeh was eager to embrace martyrdom when I met him.”
The JUI-F chief also announced to table resolutions in the National Assembly, Senate, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan assemblies.
Meanwhile, JI ameer Hafiz Naeemur Rehman said that Ismail Haniyeh, the Lion of Allah Almighty, had succeeded at last. “It is time to cut the hands of the cruel. Will the Islamic world continue to shut its eyes and silent support to Israel,” he added.
Senator Sherry Rehman said that the attack in Iran clearly shows Israel wants to spread its war. Senior politician Mushahid Hussain Syed said that it was the biggest setback for the Palestinians after the Toofan-ul-Aqsa Operation. “There is a threat of the spread of the war,” he added. NNI
