ISLAMABAD, Oct 12 (NNI): Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Qazi Faiz Issa has constituted a three members bench to hear petition against proposed constitutional amendments.
A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa will hold hearing on October 17.
The other members of the apex court bench are Justice Naeem Afghan and Justice Shahid Bilal. Former President Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan Abid Zuberi filed a petition against the proposed constitutional amendment. NNI
