ISLAMABAD, Nov 06 (NNI): Islamabad High Court has granted protective bail to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Member National Assembly (MNA) Mubeen Arif Jatt in two cases.

During proceedings on Wednesday, Islamabad High Court stopped authorities from arresting MNA Mubeen Arif Jatt at the airport when he will return from abroad.

Islamabad High Court ordered Mubeen Arif to surrender to the High Court by November 11.

The court ordered the MNA to appear in this court on November 11 and then protective bail for appearance in the concerned court will be granted.

The petitioner’s lawyer submitted in the court that two cases are registered in Gujranwala against Mubeen Arif Jatt.

One case was heard by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani while the other case was heard by Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri.

Advocate Amna Ali and Rizwan Akhtar Advocate appeared in the court on behalf of Mubeen Arif Jatt

Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri ordered to deposit surety bonds worth Rs50,000 while Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani ordered to deposit surety bonds worth Rs20,000.

PTI MNA Mubeen Arif Jatt is currently abroad. NNI
