KARACHI, Nov 27 (NNI): Justice Umar Sial, a Sindh High Court judge nominated for the constitutional bench, has declined to participate in the constitutional bench.
In this regard, Justice Umar Sial has informed the head of the committee that formed the constitutional benches, KK Agha, about the decision through a letter.
“I am grateful to the Judicial Commission for nominating me for the constitutional bench, Justice Umar Sial said in a letter.
He said all my fellow judges are capable of handling constitutional matters well.
Justice Umar Sial said if all judges cannot be made part of the constitutional bench, then seniority should be taken into account. NNI
