ISLAMABAD (NNI): Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) lawyer Faisal Chaudry has said that Adiala Jail administration has not allowed the meeting of Bushra Bibi with PTI founder Imran Khan, adding that PTI legal team will move Islamabad High Court against it.
Talking to media outside the jail, Faisal Ch said Bushra Bibi was not allowed to meet Imran Khan to pressurize Imran Khan.
To a question, Faisal Chaudry said PTI founder Imran Khan did not talk about the return of Trump’s government in US and only various political and legal matters were discussed.
PTI lawyer said Imran Khan was of the view that 26th Constitutional Amendments have disfigured the constitution.
Imran Khan was of the view that after the amendments, the government had obtained choice to transfer the cases to the judge of their choice. He said the legislation has destroyed the judicial system.
He said Imran Kha was of the view that PTI was in favour of strong and independent judicial system. PTI founder was of the view that incumbent government was constituted to crush PTI and compromise rule of law and justice in the country.
Imran Khas hoped that soon rule of law and justice will prevail in the country and series of injustices against PTI will conclude.
Faisal Chaudry said Imran Khan made it clear that PTI was ready to make struggle for independent judiciary and rule of law.
Faisal Chaudry further said that Imran Khan has directed Ali Amin Gandapur and Salman Akram Raja to write letters to the courts for not listening human right applications. PTI founder demanded of Bar Associations to launch drive for the restoration of judiciary. NNI
