RAWALPINDI, Feb 23 (NNI): Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder chairman and former prime minister Imran Khan could not hold himself back as he saw her wife, Bushra Bibi, after a long time in courtroom on Friday and he hugged his better half.
Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi were in the courtroom inside Adiala Jail of Rawalpindi in connection with 190 million pounds case.
On seeing her wife after two and half weeks, Imran Khan moved quickly towards Bushra and embraced her. The judge also approved former prime minister’s request for one-on-one meeting with his wife.
Imran Khan moved another application for a check-up by a doctor, to which the judge responded there are doctors in the jail for that.
Imran Khan said it has been months since he had visited any doctor. “I fear jail doctor might pull out my teeth,” he added.
The judge then said “You submit an application, then I will see to it.”
The accountability court proceedings against Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in 190 million pounds reference in Al-Qadir Trust case were adjourned until February 27.
AC Judge Nasir Javed Rana conducted the hearing in Adiala Jail, who said on February 27, Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi and other accused will be indicted in the case.
It is pertinent to mention that National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had filed a reference in the accountability court against PTI founder chairman pertaining to 190 million pounds Al-Qadir Trust scam. NNI
