ISLAMABAD, Oct 26 (NNI): Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar is likely to visit Saudi Arabia next week.

According to diplomatic sources, high-level contacts regarding visits between the two countries are under way and Ishaq Dar is likely to visit Saudi Arabia on his return from Samoa where he is attending the Commonwealth meeting.

The foreign minister’s visit is likely to take place on October 28, for which scheduling is ongoing, the diplomatic sources said.

During the foreign minister’s visit to Saudi Arabia, there is a possibility of discussion on the ongoing crisis in the Middle East and Central Asia, including bilateral issues, the diplomatic sources further said.

The foreign minister will also meet his Saudi counterpart during the visit, diplomatic sources said. NNI
