QUETTA, Feb 03 (NNI): Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti said on Monday the country had been a target of an organized conspiracy.
He headed a high-profile session in Quetta in which security situation of the province came under discussion. Also, the meeting expressed serious concerns over the recent layer of terrorism which claimed many civilians as well as security personnel lives.
In the meeting, the CM said the Kalat incident was deeply disturbing and that the government equally shared the pain of the victims ‘families.
Also, he talked about the importance of dialogue to solve the many problems that have engulfed the province for many days.
Bugti said the writ of state would be maintained at any cost as without it, there would be terrible repercussions. The CM said for the first time in history, the teachers as well as medical fraternity were recruited on merit on which the common people expressed trust.
He said the country has been a target of an organized conspiracy and that the state would have to be proactive in dealing with any unforeseen activity. The CM said the youth has been brainwashed through social media. NNI
