LONDON, Nov 07 (NNI): Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman arrived in London on Thursday as part of his visit to the UK to meet the party workers and other important personalities.
Pakistan’s Ambassador to the UK Dr. Muhammad Faisal, the party’s office-bearers and religious scholars received Fazl at the airport.
The JUI-F chief is also expected to meet former prime minister and PML-N President Nawaz Sharif and Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz.
The country’s overall political situation and the much-talked-about 27th Amendment are likely to come under discussion at the meeting. NNI
